Some fucking idiot went NUTS today.
The new guy was at work, and we are understaffed at the moment, and Tim was on his break and all these people were queueing up at the counter. I went over and said hey can you help me, and he says yeah I'm just helping someone else find this thing. blargh. So, I said, I'll find it because it would take me 2 seconds and for him to go to the counter. He looked around and couldn't find the guy he was helping find the thing he was looking for, I looked for the thing he was looking for, found it, but couldn't find the guy who was looking for it.
Anyway, half way through the day the phone rings, and once again there is a huge line at the counter so the guy is put on hold. 5.5 minutes later, I pick up the phone and say thanks for holding this Nicole... He hangs up.
About half an hour later he rings back and the new guy answers the phone. He asks me "hey whats head offices number" We're not allowed to give out any numbers of any area mangers or state or head office or anything like that. So I decided I would talk to the guy on the phone and ask him if I could help him with anything and he started screaming at me that I couldn't help him with anything and that he wouldn't stop until I had been fired. I asked if he would like to speak to my manger (Tim) but he blatantly refused and said I'm going to go above that and if you don't give me the number I'll find it somehow! he abused me for a bit, and then hung up on me.
About 2 hours later, our STATE manager rings and speaks to Tim. Tim hangs up the phone looking rather shocked and tell me what she said. Apparently this fucking idiot rang every store in the area until someone gave them her email address. He then emailed her and complained about how I had apparently said "screw the customers on the floor the people at the counter are much more important", and that I had dragged the new guy that was helping him away from him. He then said that when he was on hold for five and a half minutes he heard us laughing and joking around and that someone had asked me what I had done on the weekend to which I replied I got my tits out.
I hope I don't have to even bother saying that this did not happen. what a fucking retard. what the hell!? none of that even happened!!!! what the fucking hell is wrong with people.
